Our two time award winning chardonnay is a delicious gem!
It starts with toasty aromas along with pear, crisp green apple and
citrus flavors that come across both creamy and fresh at the same time.
You will also find hints of orange peel, honey and hazelnut that go remarkably
well with the buttery components.

“EQUINOX” is 92% Syrah and 8% Viognier from “Yakima Valley” Washington State. Co-fermented
in the Cotie Rotie style the Viognier extracts deep violet color and soft chewy tannis from
the Syrah. Smoke on the nose flavors of black cherry and nuts. Enjoy this wine with BBQ Ribs
or Roast Beef.
Aged 14 months in 100% new French oak.

“DEFIANCE” is our blend of 78% Ash Hollow Merlot Walla Walla, 19% Dwelley Vineyards
Cabernet Sauvignon Walla Walla and 3% Canoe Ridge Vineyard Cabernet Franc Horse
Heaven Hills. “DEFIANCE” is smooth and silky with cherry, raspberry and a hint of
toffee. Pairs well with red meat, pasta or by itself!

“2007 Camano Cellars “Island Nouveau”
NOUVEAU” means new or recently created. “ISLAND NOUVEAU” is crafted to celebrate the
end of harvest in the French tradition. This fruity red wine was produced from 100%
Sangiovese “Bushey Vineyards” “Yakima Valley” Washington State. We used a process
called carbonic maceration allowing the majority of the grapes to ferment inside the
berry with its own natural enzymes. This process creates a very fruity wine with
strawberry and raspberry flavors. Excellent for summer evenings and holiday gatherings.
