“2007 Camano Cellars “Island Nouveau”
NOUVEAU” means new or recently created. “ISLAND NOUVEAU” is crafted to celebrate the end of harvest in the French tradition. This fruity red wine was produced from 100% Sangiovese “Bushey Vineyards” “Yakima Valley” Washington State. We used a process called carbonic maceration allowing the majority of the grapes to ferment inside the berry with its own natural enzymes. This process creates a very fruity wine with strawberry and raspberry flavors. Excellent for summer evenings and holiday gatherings.
