“EQUINOX” is 92% Syrah and 8% Viognier from “Yakima Valley” Washington State. Co-fermented in the Cotie Rotie style the Viognier extracts deep violet color and soft chewy tannis from the Syrah. Smoke on the nose flavors of black cherry and nuts. Enjoy this wine with BBQ Ribs or Roast Beef.
Aged 14 months in 100% new French oak.
