“DEFIANCE” is our blend of 78% Ash Hollow Merlot Walla Walla, 19% Dwelley Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Walla Walla and 3% Canoe Ridge Vineyard Cabernet Franc Horse Heaven Hills. “DEFIANCE” is smooth and silky with cherry, raspberry and a hint of toffee. Pairs well with red meat, pasta or by itself!
Aged 14 months in 100% new French oak.
